Rachael Allan, Registered Massage Therapist

Rachael was inspired to become a massage therapist by her desire to help people feel better and to build a meaningful, flexible career. “I wanted to help people with conditions like sciatica and whiplash. I also loved the idea of a career that offered flexibility and allowed me to make a real difference in people’s lives.”

To prepare for her career, Rachael completed a rigorous 3,000-hour Massage Therapy program at MaKami College. This advanced training gave her a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the techniques needed to support a wide range of client needs.

Rachael has developed a versatile skill set that allows her to customize every session to her clients’ goals and comfort levels. Her approach includes Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial line, cupping, and prenatal massage. She is also trained in sports massage, relaxation techniques, and hot stone therapy.

Before beginning any session, Rachael takes time to understand each client’s health history, areas of tension, and preferences. She combines this insight with her technical knowledge to create a session that supports both relaxation and well-being. “The most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients feel better and knowing I’ve helped them relieve stress and move toward better overall health.”

Outside of the practice, Rachael enjoys gardening, painting, watching movies, and spending time with friends. She also likes to unwind by drawing or playing video games like Zelda.

Kelly Bryant, Registered Massage Therapist

Kelly’s path to massage therapy began with her father’s experience with back discomfort. After high school, she wasn’t sure what direction to take until one day she came across an ad for massage therapy training. “I decided to take the course so I could help my dad, and that simple decision opened the door to a lifelong passion.” Over time, Kelly discovered how fulfilling it is to help others experience relaxation, balance, and ease through therapeutic touch.

To prepare for her career, Kelly completed 2,330 hours of massage therapy training, gaining a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and a wide range of techniques. She is also certified in Hot Stone Therapy, Cupping, and Prenatal Massage.

Kelly’s approach centers on listening to her clients and understanding what their body is communicating. She tailors each session to meet individual needs, combining technical skill and intuition to provide care that feels both precise and restorative. Her techniques include trigger point therapy, deep tissue, relaxation, hot stone, cupping, and prenatal massage. She also enjoys working with children and has experience providing care related to motor vehicle accident recovery.

“What I find most rewarding about my work is observing the progress of my treatments. There’s a profound satisfaction in seeing clients transform from experiencing pain, soreness, and tightness to achieving increased range of motion, relaxed muscles, and reduced stress.”

Outside the clinic, Kelly enjoys powerlifting at the gym, riding her motorcycle, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children.

Madison Savard B.Sc., Chiropractic Assistant & Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant

My journey to becoming a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant wasn’t a straight path. It was paved with personal challenges and a deep understanding of the struggles many face with their health and relationship with food. I’ve walked the tightrope of restrictive dieting and disordered eating, experiencing firsthand the emotional and physical toll it takes. Watching those close to me grapple with obesity, yo-yo dieting, and the complexities of diabetes further fueled my passion to find a better way.

Those experiences weren’t just difficult; they were deeply formative. They taught me the critical importance of a holistic approach – one that addresses the mind, body, and spirit – to truly achieve lasting health and well-being. It’s not just about numbers on a scale or quick fixes; it’s about fostering a sustainable and loving relationship with food.

My training and experience have given me the tools to help others navigate these challenges. I don’t just offer nutrition plans; I offer a supportive and understanding space where you can explore your relationship with food, identify the root causes of your struggles, and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.

I understand the emotional weight that comes with health struggles, the frustration of repeated failures, and the longing for genuine, lasting change. If you’re ready to break free from the cycle of restriction and deprivation, to find peace with food, and to discover the joy of nourishing your body, I’m here to guide you. Let’s work together to build a future where you feel empowered, nourished, and truly thrive.
